[Topic] What is your career plan for the next 10 years?

I want to be on board of executives in the world leading company.

The list of companies I prefer to work includes company like Google, 3M, Microsoft, Yahoo and so forth.

To accomplish my goal I think I have to acquire MBA degree, and have experiences in the marketing field.

So how I can move to marketing field is the biggest concern for me  these days.
